In [MS-WCCE], §3.2.1.4.3.2.29 description for CR_PROP_TEMPLATES property is incorrect. Specifically:
> The server MUST return an empty CERTTRANSBLOB (section 2.2.2.2) structure.
Really? In fact, it returns a null-terminated string with template name/OID pairs separated with "\n" character, e.g.
TemplateCN1\n1.2.3.<...>\nTemplateCN2\n1.2.3.<...>\n
